This copy is almost impossible to understand, not clear enough.

The product saves energy because the enclosure retains heat and warmth. Once
the desired temperature is achieved, the user can reduce the water
temperature during the shower without feeling cold and it therefore uses
substantially less hot water than a standard shower. It also uses less
overall water when the diverter is used.

The product conserves water whenever the spray nozzle is activated. During
the course of a typical shower, 33% less water will be used if the user
activates the diverter nozzle while washing & conditioning hair, shaving,
lathering, etc. Over time, the water and energy saved will allow the unit
to pay for itself.
