I am looking for a (cheap) data logger. I only need two inputs, both
are measuring voltage - 1 Wind speed
2 Voltage

Any recommendations?

Yes, the StingRay USB oscilloscope has 2 inputs and 1 output. There is
data logging software bundled with it. It costs about $200 and is
quite nice and really easy to use.

Good luck.
