You might want to check this out. Your voltage drop calculator shown
in the screen shots uses k multipliers (circular mil ohm) of 12 for
copper and 20 for aluminum. The State of Washington Labor and
Industries is requiring that k=12.9 for copper and k=21.2 for aluminum
per their news letter "Electrical Currents" published about 4 months
ago.
