Anyone know where I can find MTTF/MTBF tables of branded electrical
components for comparison?

For branded commercial components you will likely have to actually go to the
manufacturer for info. Sometimes the Data Sheets has some info re life,
such as "meets and exceeds Mil-PRF-XXXX requirements."

You may want to look at some of the generic databases on electrical
components. One of which is contained in the USDOD Mil-Hdbk-217F. This has
some generic data for MTBF/failure rates for most common electronic
components. This would be a good starting point (in the absence of any
other info
