Dear all,

Pls find me some practical answer to the above matters;

1. Why in various connections shall be used cooper screw instead of
other materials.

2. Why a lot of screws (any types) is use for tighting terminals (HV or
LV) cannot last longer and need to retighten back after several time.
It is due to hermonics effect?

Copper screws have high conductivity.

More likely differing thermal expansion rate of materials.
