| Does anyone out there have the communication software to permit a PC to
talk to a MaxPak III S6 drive. The owner's manual states that the
filename is "MONMP3.EXE"

If it's like the earlier MaxPaks (mid 80's) you can connect a dumb terminal via the RS232
connector in the drive. It won't be fancy but you can monitor and change parameters.

If the drive has the small display and arrow keys you can also adjust parameters there. As
I recall, you have to change security levels there to gain access to most of them.
