What it mean that skin effect ratio in Bus Bars ( Both LV and HV
systems ) vendors are specifying that skin effect ratio = 1. Whether
it mean that when both AC or DC is conducted by that bus bar the
rating of the bus bar is same ?. Please clarify the above

I guess they mean that the bus bar is less than 1" or so in diameter or (if
a large tube) the walls are less than 1/2" thick (more or less). At "line"
frequencies, the "skin depth" is on the order of 1/2" inch. My numbers are
only "ball park" accurate.
