What did the manufacturer say when you asked them, as a result of the advice
given to you when you previously posted this question?

Most likely, an arc furnace transformer is designed to limit the current in
a short circuit situation. Or are you planning to overload the voltage?

The damaging culprit in overloading a transformer is the heat.
Generally, they are built to withstand a 25% current overload.
Install cooling measures for added protection. evo

For how long? A few hours? A couple days? Until the transformer explodes?

How about a refrigeration system?
