What are you after, the cable, the connector or the assembly?

If the cable, it is widely available. eg, ebay:

150133911161

If the connectors, I have seen SIL cable board connectors - but I
normally use SIL socket strips, as shown here:

Then use wire-wrap pins with them.


If the assembled cables, then any cable assembler will be able to make
them to order - where they get the cable and the connectors from is
their problem, not the purchaser's!
