Hi folks,
i have some questions abaut international standards.

If a company produces electronic products for the international market,
to which standards have this product to complie ?

Who controls this ?

The best option to have it tested to IEC standards with National Deviations
for the countries you think you are most likely to sell into.
An even better solution is to get a CB Certificate and test report issued
for the product these are available from all TUV Rheinland Group companies
worldwide or from any other test organisation that is a member of the
scheme.

DO NOT work with any test house not listed as a member if you want a CB
certificate.
