dear sirs

we are running into a difficult situation upgrading our old SCADA
system . it consists of 33 Tejas CamDac 16 RTU's scattered over 25
stations and five MTU (Intel ICS80). The HMI comprises Data General
C350 main farme computer.
The new system shall be open and modern based on OPC - PLC/DCS
ethernet. however, the changeover from old system to the new is going
to be hard. Any ideas for smooth change over??
