I have the whole scoop...but first? What state are you in? What state
or states to you fund loans in currently? What is the "avg" type of
loan comprising the majority of you annual business (FICO, Refi /Purch
and loan amount)? Also, a rough ballpark of the number of transactions
annually for last 3 yrs and the annual or monthly $ollar amount you fund?

The big question I need to know to suggest a a couple is "what are you
trying to accomplish by becoming a net branch?

It is all amount 'what you got' so I good get a good idea of some
sources that can accommodate you.

I have over 200 agents and are approved with approximately 275 lending
sources.

Reminds me of:

:::::GREAT CLIENT QUESTION::::::

1) The prospective client asks: What's the rate?
LO says: What rate do you qualify for? (if they don't start asking
questions and spilling their guts...you didn't say it seriously enough)
