Dear Groupsters

My colleagues and I are seeking mortgage finance to US$60M (this year) for
industrial/commercial real estate that we are planning to purchase and
hold. We will need a combination of flat rate and table mortgages,
depending on each particular proposal.

We have a preference for European funds due to the reasonable interest rates
on offer there, it also appears that European mortgage lenders are rather
more enlightened than their New Zealand counterparts.

We are able to provide complete information on each property proposal
including registered valuations, cash-flow analysis and leasing details.
Given that off-shore funding is required then forward exchange facilities
are envisaged to deal with fluctuations in currency exchange rate
differentials. The location of the investment properties is New Zealand.
Our solicitors will be in charge of conveyancing and documentation in order
that prospective lenders may be reassured that everything is above board
and done properly.

In the first instance would you please email peterlowrie@consultant.com with
your contact details, area of expertise and the length and breadth of your
experience. Alternatively you may telephone me (Peter} on ++64 4 9766712 if
you so desire.

Regards in advance
