Forgot... not only is this a great site... he responds to emails to your
questions.

He just wrote a book too... haven't checked it out yet. Guy helped me get
started in the biz when I was uncertain of things.

Also, any lender you can broker through has a ton of underwriting manuals
usually on-line for you to peruse. Learn them and you'll have no troubles.
