wilshire credit corp experience?

Refinanced last year with this comp. as our 2nd lender..I'm not impressed.
Takes forever for them to post payments, I wrote the BBB & got a quick
response which makes me wonder if someone's tryin to get everything they can
on them. I'm getting charged late payments that should've been processed way
before. Plus they are inflexible about changing my due date which is the
opposite of what the title company person told us when we signed papers.
Anyone dealt with this not so customer friendly company?
