I HAVE MANAGED TO DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP WITH A COMPANY THAT SELLS LAND.
THE ACREAGE IS ANYWHERE FROM 2 ACRES UP TO 200 ACRES. THEY CURRENTLY SELL
THEIR LOTS THROUGH COMPANY-HELD LAND CONTRACTS, AND THEIR RATES RANGE FROM
7-18%. THE BALANCES THAT I HAVE SEEN RANGE FROM $12,000 TO $65,000.
HERE IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN AN INVESTOR OR BANK:
WILLINGNESS TO REFINANCE THE LAND CONTRACTS WHICH ARE NOT RECORDED WITH ANY
COUNTY, AND ARE NOT DEEDED IN ANY WAY AS REAL ESTATE.
