"Have a positive impact on my condo's value?" Don't you mean your
Mommy's condo's value? You don't own a condo. You live with your Mommy
because you can't afford a place of your own. Maybe, you were just
talking in future tense, in hopes that Mommy leaves the condo to you
when you passes. If she has any sense, she will leave it to the Hari
Krishnas instead.
