Realtors are at lest legally held accountable for their actions. Vultures
are not. Vulture's are Realtor "want to be's" but can't be because of their
criminal records, impatience, or illiteracy. Some are Realtors and even
Attorneys who have lost their license. Most are one's who watch late night
TV and buy the Carlton Sheet's program. As long as there are desperate or
greedy greedy people and the propect of making easy money, there will be
"predatory" so-called investors, i.e. thieve's.

LLC = Loser Looking for Candy. Go about it the right way or get a real job
that serves society. While I commend your attitude towards the Bush crime
family, trailer trash underhanded semi-criminal Vultures are making it
harder for everyone.

BYW, From reading your past posts you dont seem to be stupid. Yet repyling
to a message without a quote makes you look bad . How can you pass the
Realtor's exam if you don't even know how to reply to a Newsgroup message?
