Better to be stupid like me than to flunk the smell test ... realtors
always stink up any deal they're involved with. But you're right, 95%
of vultures are licensed yet only the really really stupid-as-Bush ones
will freely admit it.

Your "legally accountable" argument is tenuous, a little like saying
Karl Rove is accountable for his tyranny.
