That's beside the point. What counts is what's in your pocket after the
closing. You'll have more in your pocket if you're patient and you do it the
right way. Just use common sense. To reduce their risk investors can only
pay well below market value. You can pay a Realtor 6% and get at or above
market value for you home (minus 6%), or sell it to an investor who's going
to need to pay you 25%+ below market value. It should be a no-brainer. 25% -
6% = 18% MORE IN YOUR POCKET.
