A 461 score and it's the foreclosure that kills it? LOL. A "few late
payments" does not a 461 make. Foreclosures aren't listed on a credit
report, only liens as a result of the foreclosure and only if they are being
reported by the creditor. Check to see if the liens have been certified. If
not they can be set aside with out even challenging the creditor to validate
the debt. I've seen higher credit scores with 15 charge-offs. You can't be
for real.
