Hey guys,

I am a new loan officer and the hardest part for me is giving
accurate quotes to clients based on current rates. Furthermore,
knowing the right rates to give based on their credit score. Any help
would be appreciated. I understand rates change daily, but I am having
a hard time understanding the rate sheets, and knowing what to actually
focus on, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Hi Chris,
I too am a new loan officer. I had a hard time being able to decipher
rate sheets too. I called some of the lenders that my office does
business with and asked for some help working up loans. They were more
than happy to help out. After all... If they help you get up to speed
they get more business from you.
If you want some suggestions I will try to help also.

That's good advice. Also, don't you have a manager who can help?
