I've come accros a website for the above named company and they offer kind
of mlm, network market loan origination business build up, I have
considered joining up but I want to hear from you fellows out there itf this
is for real. Thank you all.

Hi regal153,

I can assure you that the opportunity is real. There are several companies
that utilize a similar marketing strategy to that of NLC. Actually, the
opportunity consists of contacting persons who are interested in securing a
loan to purchase, refinance, or even construct real estate. You, acting as
a loan originator, will be the facilitator of the loan process by filling
in a short-form loan application for the client and then forwarding it to
the Company. The Company will, in turn, contactthe client and attempt to
close on the loan. Once the client closes on the deal, you are eligible
then for your commission.

As for the MLM style, you have the ability to expand your marketing area by
recruiting other loan facilitators to sign-up under you.

A word of caution, however. Many companies require an up-front fee to join
as a Loan Originator. There is one company that I myself am involved with
that does not require a fee to be paid to join. In fact, you can sign up
immediately, online, and start earning commissions there after. Please
