We are a mortgage broker specializing in "Land/Home" manufactured home mortgage loans. As many of you know, lenders are limited and Fannie/Freddie programs do not allow investor loans or cash-out refi's more than 65%. We have used Argent, Option One, Long Beach Mtg, etc, but all have retreated from mfg home financing. I would appreciate any leads for sub-prime lenders that will do business in Nevada, the fastest growing state in the USA..

If anyone in this group needs some help on mfg home loans in their area I would be happy to share some of our knowledge. We have been doing these loans for almost 2 decades.

Thanks,
